Abbey Bominable
One of the newer Monster High dolls, Abbey Bominable is seriously awesome. She is the daughter of Yeti, and since she lived in cold climates, her skin is tinged blue. She wears an ice crystal to keep herself cold like she was at home.
It comes as no surprise, she loves fashionable fur! She has neat looking leg-warmers, but peek under them and you'll see very stylish boots too!
Two of her BFF's include Lagoona Blue and Frankie Stein. Abbey Bominable also has a wonderful friend and pet, Shiver a sweet and loyal Wooly Mammoth. He makes sure she never gets lost in the snow!

--- My daughter has been collecting these dolls since last Christmas and they are a nightmare to find in stores . . . I got Abby Bominable fast when I ordered her. My eleven year will be thrilled Christmas morning. However for other moms out there I warn you the dolls seem delicate. Their hands are tiny and come off easily and we have had one whose leg broke off and required some imagination to repair. That being said the older little girls I know LOVE these dolls.
--- By far, one of the best things about Abbey is her absolutely beautiful hair. Her hair has a new iridescent sort of material which is very sparkly. It's not like the previously used (and typically disliked) tinsel in Cleo's hair, which breaks easily and is frustrating. The new shiny fiber seems very durable, and actually easily withstood me brushing it when I first deboxed the doll and had to straighten her unkempt hair. This isn't seen on the doll or in any pics I've found so far, but Abbey actually is wearing very detailed snow boots underneath her legwarmers. The soles of her shoes even have treads on them, a very cute little touch.
